Product Description
xAccord single adjustable spot light in white
The Accord is a single adjustable exterior spot in white aluminium, mounted on a bracket that tilts through 90°. It is the fitting for aiming light at something specific — a wall, a tree, a screen, a house number, a doorway — rather than for lighting an area generally.
Adjustability is the reason to choose an aimed spot over a fixed wall light. What a garden needs lit in the first year is rarely what it needs lit in the fifth, and a fitting that can be re-aimed survives that change without being re-wired or re-drilled.
The globe is supplied, and it decides the dimming answer
The Accord takes a GU10 globe and Havit supplies one with the fitting: a 5W GU10 LED rated at 270lm, 285lm and 300lm across its three colour settings of 3000K, 4000K and 5500K. Colour rendering is above 80 CRI.
That supplied globe also settles a question people ask afterwards. Havit lists the fitting as not dimmable with the globe supplied, so it should not be specified on a dimmed circuit expecting the supplied lamp to respond. Because the globe is a standard GU10 rather than a sealed module, the light source can be changed later — output, colour and dimming behaviour all follow whatever globe is fitted.
Power and installation
The Accord runs on 240V AC mains and requires no driver. It is a Class 1 fitting and requires an earth connection, so installation is work for a licensed electrician.
Mount first, aim second. The bracket tilts 90°, so the fitting can be fixed where the cable and the surface suit and then pointed at the target once it is up. It is rated IP54 for splashing water and IK08 for impact — appropriate for a sheltered exterior wall rather than one taking driven rain head on.
Siting
Havit applies a condition to this fitting: aluminium and 304 stainless fittings must not be installed within 5km of any salt water environment. That is a warranty term rather than advice, and coastal siting is the most common reason a claim on an exterior fitting is later declined. If the address is near the coast, ask us and we will point you at a fitting specified for marine conditions.
The white finish suits render, painted brick and light-coloured walls, where the fitting reads as part of the surface by day. The same Accord is also sold in black on its own listing for darker walls.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
