Tivah Double Adjustable Wall Light TRI Colour

Graphite over solid brass is an unusual combination and a deliberate one: the dark, near-black finish that architects specify, on a metal that survives outdoors indefinitely. A graphite powder coat over aluminium eventually chips and shows silver underneath; here the substrate is brass, so wear darkens rather than exposes. This is the double adjustable version, with two independently aimed heads.

Two heads, and a fitting rated for ceilings too

Each head tilts through 90° and swivels through 270° from one wiring point, so you can converge both beams on a single target, split them across a facade, or send one up and one down. Havit's current data sheet also rates this one for ceiling surface mounting as well as wall, which makes it usable under a soffit or eave without changing product.

• HV1375T — 240 V GU10 with 9-in-1 switchable globes: 2 × 240–560 lm at 3000K, 2 × 255–595 lm at 4000K, 2 × 270–630 lm at 5500K across 3 W, 5 W and 7 W per head, in 60° beams.
• HV1377GU10T — 240 V GU10 at a fixed 5 W per head: 2 × 270 lm, 2 × 285 lm, 2 × 300 lm, in 120° beams.
• HV1377MR16T — the same output on 12 V DC MR16, needing an external supply.

Every figure is per head, exactly as the datasheet prints it. Each of the two lamps produces the stated output; the fitting does not concentrate the sum into one beam.

Worth knowing before you specify a dimmer

None of the three versions is dimmable with the globes supplied — including HV1375T. That is worth stating plainly, because several of its siblings in this range are Triac dimmable on the switchable-globe model and it would be reasonable to assume this one follows. It does not. If dimming matters on this job, tell us and we will point you at a version that does it.

Specifying it

The GU10 versions are Class 1 and need an earth; the MR16 version is Class 3 low voltage and does not, but it requires a 12 V DC driver sized for two lamps per fitting, sited within 25 m, with the supply inside 5% of nominal. Globe ceilings are 35 W per lamp on GU10 and 20 W per lamp on MR16. Havit rates the body IK10 for impact, fits clear glass rather than a diffuser so the beams stay defined, and quotes CRI above 80, colour consistency within 6 SDCM, glare under UGR 45 and lamp life above 30,000 hours.
