The Hovin PE43 is a 430 mm minimalist LED pendant in black or white sand — integrated 22 W giving 1,760 lm at 3000 K, TRIAC dimmable, on a 2,000 mm suspension.
⚠ It is not a 43-light pendant. Our page said so, and it has one integrated LED. The 43 is its diameter in centimetres — 430 mm across.
80 lm/W — efficient, and enough to be the main light over a dining table, a breakfast bar or a small kitchen island. It will not carry a large open-plan room on its own; the 580 mm version gives more than twice the light and is the one for that.
Which size?
| Diameter | Wattage | Output | |
|---|---|---|---|
| PE43 | 430 mm | 22 W | 1,760 lm |
| PE58 | 580 mm | 37 W | 3,750 lm |
The 580 gives more than twice the light for 68% more power, so the larger size is also the more efficient one — which is unusual and worth knowing. Choose the 430 mm because 430 mm is the right diameter for the space, not to save running cost: over a smaller table, a breakfast bar or a bedroom, a 580 mm disc would dominate.
60 mm deep. A disc stays above the sightline between people sitting opposite each other at a table, where a deep pendant of the same width hangs into it. On a low ceiling, it also keeps head height that a bowl or a shade would take.
The sand texture is right on a plain form: a gloss disc catches every downlight in the room as a hard highlight on its rim; a fine textured coat scatters that, so the fitting reads as shape and colour rather than reflection.
Full range, no special gear. At 1,760 lumens over a table that is what lets one fitting be a working light at full and an evening one low — and it is worth noting that several comparable pendants in this catalogue do not dim at all.
Black or white. White disappears against a white ceiling when off, so the fitting is only present when it is working. Black reads as a deliberate dark disc — the more graphic choice, and it holds its own against a timber or dark ceiling.
The LED is integrated and included at a fixed 3000 K — nothing to buy, nothing to replace, nothing to change.
⚠ No weight and no material are recorded in our product record, which carries only a warranty, a voltage and an IP rating. The datasheet gives iron and acrylic. Ask us for the weight before the ceiling is opened.
Class I — earth required, hard-wired with no lead and plug, canopy projection 40 mm, IP20 — indoor and dry locations only, RCM approved.

No — it has one integrated LED. The 43 is its diameter in centimetres: 430 mm across. Our page called it a “43-light pendant”.
The 430 mm because it is the right diameter for the space, not to save running cost — the 580 mm gives more than twice the light for 68% more power, so the larger size is actually the more efficient one. Over a smaller table, a breakfast bar or a bedroom, a 580 mm disc would dominate.

No — at only 60 mm deep it is a disc, so it stays above the line between people sitting opposite each other. On a low ceiling it also keeps head height that a bowl or shade would take.
Yes — TRIAC, on an ordinary wall dimmer, full range and no special gear. Worth noting because several comparable pendants in this catalogue do not dim at all.
