Hosley Pendant Light 6Lt in Black & Oak

The Hosley 6Lt is a ø420 mm six-light pendant in black iron with an oak timber finish, hanging 690 mm deep.

Six lights in the same footprint as four

The Hosley CTC carries four globes at ø420 mm and 390 mm high. This six-light is the same diameter but 690 mm deep — the extra globes go into height, not width. So it gives half again the light without needing any more table underneath it, which is a useful thing to know when the room is fixed and the light level is not.

Oak, not walnut

The Hosley uses oak — paler and more Scandinavian — where the Lacota and Dalton use darker walnut. Same French provincial idiom, different temperature.

Six E14 globes, 150 W total

25 W each, in E14 small Edison screw rather than the more common E27, not supplied. Six candle-shaped filament globes are what the open frame is designed around — buy them together and add a spare, because on six a mismatch is unmissable.

690 mm deep needs the height

This is a tall fitting. Over a dining table it wants a ceiling of 2.7 m or more to hang properly clear; at 2.4 m the four-light CTC is the safer choice.

4.8 kg on a ø130 mm canopy

Class I — hard-wired, earth required. Have your electrician confirm the ceiling fixing.

Supplied and supported by Lights For You. A four-light Hosley CTC is also made if your ceiling is standard height — it can mount close to the ceiling instead.
