The Harnon PE1 is a 350 mm textured glass cone pendant — one E27 globe to 25 W, not supplied — in antique gold, black or nickel, on a 1,500 mm suspension.
A cone directs light downward and shields the globe from side view. A textured glass surface refracts rather than diffusing, breaking what passes through into bright and shadowed facets. Put together, you get a defined pool of light below and a shade that sparkles rather than glows — which is why the Harnon reads as art deco rather than plain modern.
⚠ It does not change colour. Our record carries a colour-changing flag against it. It takes one ordinary E27 globe and includes none — there is nothing in the fitting capable of it. Colour selection here is a property of the globe you buy.
That is more than twice the weight of most pendants this size, and it is the glass: a textured cone is thick glass, and thick glass is heavy. It needs a proper ceiling fixing, not a plasterboard hook, and it is worth telling your electrician the figure rather than letting them discover it.
One E27 to 25 W, not supplied, and textured glass shows it — refracted and broken up, but visible. A decorative filament globe is what completes the fitting; a plain frosted one will read as an oversight through faceted glass. Dimming is globe dependent: a dimmable E27 with a wall dimmer will dim it. Our record says “No”, which is misleading — and on a fitting bought for its sparkle, dimming is worth having, because at low output the facets are what you see.
It is Class I — earth required and hard-wired to a 120 mm canopy, on a 1,500 mm suspension — shorter than the 2,000 mm most pendants here give, so ample for a normal ceiling and not enough for a stairwell.
350 mm wide by 560 mm high, canopy 120 mm with a 20 mm projection, suspension 1,500 mm and adjustable, 5.8 kg, in iron and textured glass, matte. One E27 globe to 25 W, not supplied; dimming is globe dependent. 240 V, Class I — earth required, IP20 — indoor and dry locations only. Warranty is three years, as a replacement warranty.

No. Our record carries a colour-changing flag against it, which is wrong — it takes one ordinary E27 globe and includes none. Colour selection here is a property of the globe you buy.
5.8 kg — more than twice most pendants this size, and it is the glass: a textured cone is thick glass, and thick glass is heavy. It needs a proper ceiling fixing, not a plasterboard hook.
It refracts rather than diffuses, breaking the light into bright and shadowed facets — so the shade sparkles rather than glows, while the cone shape still puts a defined pool of light below.
Antique gold picks up the refractions and reads golden throughout; nickel is cool, soft and the quietest; black makes the frame a silhouette so the glass does all the work, which is the highest contrast.
Yes — refracted and broken up, but visible. A decorative filament globe completes the fitting; a plain frosted one will read as an oversight through faceted glass.
1,500 mm, adjustable at install — shorter than the 2,000 mm most pendants here give. Ample for a normal ceiling; not enough for a stairwell.
It depends on the globe. A dimmable E27 with a wall dimmer will dim; a plain globe will not. Our record says “No”, which is misleading — and on a fitting bought for its sparkle, dimming is worth having, because at low output the facets are what you see.
