A suggestion, not a specification. A calculator can get it wrong — have a licensed electrician confirm the driver, the total load and the wiring before you order.
The Flank PT3 is a 450 mm 24 V exterior LED post and spike light in aluminium — 3 W giving 210 lm at 3000 K, CRI above 95, IP65 — with a 350° rotatable head and a honeycomb anti-glare lens, in black, green or rust.
⚠ It runs on 24 volts, so it needs a transformer. This is not a fitting you connect to a 240 V circuit. A 240 V-to-24 V low-voltage supply is required and no Telbix fitting in this range records one as supplied. That changes the job and the quote. Ask us before you order, and tell your electrician it is a low-voltage garden system. We stock them: an outdoor 24 V transformer in 60 W and 200 W, both IP68, 240 V mains in and 24 V DC out. One transformer runs several fittings, so tell us how many you are installing and we will size it.
Most exterior LEDs sit at 80. Good ones reach 90. The Flank is above 95, which is gallery-grade colour accuracy and something we have not found on any other fitting here. In a garden it means foliage reads as living green rather than grey, and bark, stone and rendered walls hold their real colour after dark. On a light whose entire job is to make planting look good at night, that is the specification that matters most — and our page never mentioned it.
The failure of most garden uplights is glare: you see the source, not the thing it is lighting, and walking down the path means looking into a bright point. A honeycomb lens is a fine cellular grid over the LED that cuts the light off at an angle — so from normal viewing positions you see the lit plant and not the fitting. It is the difference between a garden that looks lit and a garden with lights in it.
This is what the old page was cut off before saying. The head turns through nearly a full circle, so one fitting can be re-aimed as the planting grows without being dug up and repositioned. On a garden light that outlives several seasons of growth, that is a practical rather than a decorative feature.
Green is uncommon and genuinely useful: a spike light sits in the planting, and a green body disappears into foliage in daylight where a black one reads as a dark object. Rust suits timber, rammed earth and corten. Black is the default and disappears at night rather than by day. All matte.
How it compares to the Eslen. Both are 24 V, 3 W garden lights at IP65. The Eslen gives 140 lm at CRI >90 in solid brass or 316 stainless. The Flank gives 210 lm at CRI >95 in aluminium. So: Flank for more light and better colour; Eslen for coastal-grade materials.
Dust-tight and rated against water jets — correct for a fitting sitting in a garden bed taking rain and sprinkler spray. 24 V is inherently safer than 240 V in wet ground, and it lets several fittings run from one supply on light cable. The tail is 1,000 mm and the fitting weighs 0.6 kg.
450 mm high by 70 mm, shade height 120 mm, 0.6 kg, tail 1,000 mm, in aluminium and glass, matte. Integrated 3 W COB LED giving 210 lm at 3000 K, included, CRI >95, honeycomb anti-glare lens, 350° rotatable head, not dimmable. 24 V — a low-voltage transformer is required and is not confirmed as supplied. Class III — low voltage, IP65 — dust-tight, rated against water jets. Warranty is three years, as a replacement warranty.

No — it runs on 24 volts, so a 240 V-to-24 V transformer is required, and no Telbix fitting in this range records one as supplied. Ask us before ordering, and tell your electrician it is a low-voltage garden system.
It is gallery-grade colour accuracy, and the highest figure we have found on any fitting in this catalogue — most exterior LEDs sit at 80. In a garden it means foliage reads as living green rather than grey, and bark, stone and render hold their real colour after dark.
Glare. Most garden uplights make you look into a bright point instead of at the thing being lit. A honeycomb lens is a fine cellular grid that cuts the light off at an angle, so from normal viewing positions you see the lit plant and not the fitting.
Yes — the head rotates through 350 degrees, so one fitting can be re-aimed as the planting grows without being dug up. Our old page was cut off before it said so.
Both are 24 V, 3 W, IP65 garden lights. The Flank gives 210 lm at CRI above 95 in aluminium; the Eslen gives 140 lm at CRI above 90 in solid brass or 316 stainless. Flank for more light and better colour; Eslen for coastal-grade materials.
Green, if the fitting sits in planting — it disappears into foliage in daylight where black reads as a dark object. Rust suits timber, rammed earth and corten. Black is the default and disappears at night rather than by day.
No, and deliberately so — 210 lm behind a shielding lens is for accenting planting, not for lighting a walkway.
