Product Description
xThe Faro is a 1,750 mm LED floor lamp — an offset tapered tube ending in an acid-etched LED disc — in antique gold, black, chrome or white.
Low voltage, which is unusual and worth knowing
The Faro runs at Class III — under 54 volts. Everything above the plug is extra-low voltage, which is the safest electrical classification a mains-fed lamp can carry. For a tall lamp in a house with children or pets, that is a genuine advantage over a standard 240 V fitting.
The disc is acid etched, not just frosted
Acid etching is worked into the acrylic rather than applied to it, so the diffusion is even across the whole face and there is no visible hot spot or LED dot pattern. On a disc you look directly at, that is the difference between soft light and a bright disc of glare.
Brightness from a foot switch
It is dimmable at the lamp, using a foot switch — no dimmer circuit needs to be installed. Like the Tereza oyster, that puts adjustable light into a rental or a room without a dimmer, and you adjust it where you are sitting rather than at the wall.
Colour temperature is selectable too
The lamp offers a choice of colour temperature at the fitting. ⚠ Neither of our sources records which temperatures, so we are not publishing a list — ask us and we will confirm before you order.

Questions
What does Class III mean?
Everything above the plug runs at extra-low voltage, under 54 V — the safest electrical classification a mains-fed lamp carries. Worth having on a tall lamp in a house with children or pets.
Do I need a dimmer installed?
No. It dims at the lamp using a foot switch, so it works in a rental or any room with no dimmer circuit.

The lamp offers a selection, but neither of our sources records the actual values — so we do not publish a list. Ask us and we will confirm before you order.
Is the light source included?
Yes. The 12 W LED is integrated and supplied; it is not replaceable.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
