Estiq Floor Lamp

The Estiq is a 1,580 mm floor lamp with a sculptural twisted stem under a ø350 mm dome shade, in high-gloss taupe, black or red.

The twist is the product

A floor lamp stem is normally a straight tube doing nothing but holding the shade up. The Estiq twists — so the lamp reads as a sculptural object from across the room, and it catches light along the spiral, picking out a highlight that follows the curve. In high gloss that effect is the entire reason for the finish.

High gloss, deliberately

Almost everything in this range is matte or sand-finished. The Estiq is high-gloss, which on a twisted form produces a moving highlight rather than a flat colour. It is a design-forward choice and it will not suit a room that wants its lighting to disappear.

Red, which almost nothing else offers

Taupe is the quiet neutral, black the graphic option, and red is a genuine statement — a glossy red floor lamp is a piece of furniture, not a light fitting. Very little else in this catalogue is available in colour at all.

A dome shade points the light down

ø350 mm and closed at the top, so light goes downward in a defined pool rather than washing the ceiling. That makes the Estiq a reading lamp beside a chair, not an ambient corner light — and it keeps the twisted stem in shadow, where the highlight reads best.

Plug in and use it

Class II, double insulated, no earth required, on a 2,000 mm cable. ⚠ The old page said an electrician was required; that is boilerplate from a hard-wired fitting.

One E27 globe to 25 W, not supplied

Under a closed dome the globe is invisible, so a plain warm globe is all you need. Dimming is globe dependent — the record says otherwise and the record is wrong.
