The Domus THOR-PRO-32 track head is the 32 W member of the family on a 3-circuit track adaptor — CRI ≥90, 36° beam standard, switchable 3000/4000/5000 K, in white or black.
⭐ A wide beam on a powerful head spreads a lot of light over a large area and stops being display lighting at all. ⭐⭐ THE COMBINATION THAT USUALLY MAKES SENSE AT 32 W IS A NARROW ANGLE FROM A HIGH MOUNTING — ⭐ 15° or 24°, throwing a tight controlled pool from 5 m rather than a broad wash from 3. ⭐ A 60° beam at 32 W from a low ceiling is the configuration to avoid: maximum energy, minimum effect. ⭐ And the optic can be changed later — reflectors are sold separately at 15°, 24°, 45° and 60° — so a mounting that turns out wrong is re-opticed rather than replaced.
⭐ A 3-circuit track carries three independently switchable circuits with each head assigned to one at installation. ⭐ On a tall space that is particularly useful: the high heads lighting a feature wall can run on a different circuit from the general display lighting, so the dramatic layer can be switched off after hours while the shop stays lit for cleaning. ⚠ The capability is bought at the track and lost at the switchboard if it is fed from one switch. ⭐ Confirm the switching with us before ordering.

3-circuit track head. 32 W at 240 V AC. 3000/4000/5000 K switchable. CRI ≥90. Beam 15°, 24°, 36°, 45° or 60° (36° standard). 62 mm cover, 170 mm CNC aluminium. Dimmable, flicker-free. 50,000 hrs. ⛔ ITS LUMEN OUTPUT IS NOT PUBLISHED AND WE HAVE NOT ESTIMATED IT. It would be easy to multiply the 23 W figures by 32/23 and print a number, but that would be arithmetic rather than data — LED output does not scale linearly with drive current, and larger heads in a family are often driven harder for less efficiency per watt. ⭐ ASK US AND WE WILL GET THE FIGURES FROM DOMUS. ⭐ THE HONEST TEST FOR THIS SIZE: if you cannot say why 23 W is insufficient, 32 is over-specified.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You.
Not published, and we have not estimated it. No datasheet is attached to this listing, and unlike the 23W track head there is no verified sheet for a 32W sibling to borrow from. Ask us and we will get the figures from Domus — on a scheme designed to a lux target that is a call worth making before ordering.
Because that would be arithmetic rather than data. LED output does not scale linearly with drive current, and larger heads in a family are often driven harder for less efficiency per watt. Multiplying 23W figures by 32/23 would produce a confident number that might be several hundred lumens wrong.
Also unknown on this size. Across the family the penalty runs from 1.4% on the 15W to 13.9% on the 23W, so the range is far too wide to guess at. We publish these figures per model precisely because they do not generalise.
High ceilings, mainly. Light falls off with the square of the distance, so a head that is right at 3m is weak at 5 — in a warehouse-conversion retail space, a double-height showroom or an atrium, the 32W is the one that reaches. Large single objects are the other case: a vehicle, a large artwork, a full-height display wall.
In a normal shop. From 2.7 to 3m onto a counter or a shelf, 32W is uncomfortable to stand under and washes out the contrast that makes a display read — display lighting works on the ratio between an object and its surroundings, and raising both does nothing. The honest test: if you cannot say why 23W is insufficient, 32 is over-specified.
15 or 24 degrees, from a high mounting. A wide beam on a powerful head spreads a lot of light over a large area and stops being display lighting at all. The configuration to avoid is 60 degrees at 32W from a low ceiling: maximum energy, minimum effect. The optic can be changed later though — reflectors are sold separately at 15, 24, 45 and 60 degrees — so a mounting that turns out wrong is re-opticed rather than replaced.
Particularly. The high heads lighting a feature wall can run on a different circuit from the general display lighting, so the dramatic layer switches off after hours while the shop stays lit for cleaning. But the capability is bought at the track and lost at the switchboard if it is fed from one switch — confirm the switching with us before ordering.
