The Domus THOR-PRO-32 Reflector is a replaceable beam-shaping reflector for the 32 W THOR-PRO head — available at 15°, 24°, 45° and 60°.

⭐⭐ At 32 W the narrow reflectors are the ones that make sense
  • ⭐ The 32 W head is the largest in the family and belongs on high ceilings — double-height showrooms, atria, warehouse-conversion retail — or on large single objects.
  • ⭐⭐ AT THAT SIZE, A WIDE REFLECTOR UNDOES THE REASON FOR BUYING IT. ⭐ A 60° optic on a 32 W head spreads a great deal of light over a large area and produces general lighting at a display-lighting price. ⭐ If general lighting is what the area needs, a purpose-built wider fitting does it better and cheaper.

What if I need general lighting there?

Use a purpose-built wider fitting. It will do the job better and cheaper. The 32W head with a narrow optic is where the money is well spent — throwing a controlled pool onto a specific subject with enough intensity to separate it from a brightly lit background.

What pool size will I get?

From a 6m mounting to a 1m surface, which is a 5m throw: 15 degrees gives about 1.3m across, 24 about 2.1m, 36 about 3.2m and 60 about 5.8m.

How precise does the aim need to be?

Warranties

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.

Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.

Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.

Damaged or Missing Items

Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.

If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.

Returns

Change of Mind Returns

  • Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.
