A suggestion, not a specification. A calculator can get it wrong — have a licensed electrician confirm the driver, the total load and the wiring before you order.
The Domus PLEX-ULTRA is a 24 V COB LED strip — 10 W per metre, 560 LEDs per metre, CRI ≥90, IP54, 50 m pack, at 770 / 790 / 810 lm per metre.

⭐ Fifty metres at 10 W is 500 W, giving 38,500 to 40,500 lumens. ⭐ That is a substantial installation wanting its own circuit. ⭐ For comparison, the same fifty metres of PLEX-COB-5 is 250 W and about 25,000 lumens on five drivers — ⭐ so ULTRA gives 60% more light on 40% of the drivers. ⚠ It costs more per metre, which is the trade.
⭐ The datasheet lists 2700 K at 670 lm per metre and names it in the colour-temperature field. ⛔ This listing sells 3000, 4000 and 5000 K. ⭐ So an extra-warm PLEX-ULTRA exists as a specification with no ordering path. ⭐ On a fifty metre domestic job where 2700 K is the wanted colour, that is worth a phone call rather than a compromise.
⭐ Fifty metres is a single production run, so both 25 m lengths come from the same batch. ⭐ On a dotless strip the join between two runs is already nearly invisible; matching batches makes it entirely so. ⭐ Beyond fifty metres, ask us for consecutive rolls — free to request, impossible afterwards.
⭐ The sheet requires an aluminium heat sink in capitals and voids the warranty without it. ⭐ On a 25 m run that means jointed extrusion, and the joints want to fall where they will not be noticed. ⛔ None of the catalogue's 47 profiles names this strip. ⭐ Ask us to quote both and to plan the joint positions.

COB LED strip, IP54, 50 m pack. 10 W per metre at 24 V DC, 500 W total, ≈40,000 lm. 560 LEDs per metre, dotless. CRI ≥90. 180° beam. 25 mm cutting increment. Continuous run 13 m one-end, 26 m two-end. Aluminium heat sink mandatory. 3-year warranty. ⭐⭐ FIFTY METRES OF DOTLESS LIGHT IN TWO RUNS — which no other dotless product here can do. Every other dotless strip runs 10 m on a two-end feed, so the same fifty metres would be five runs, four cuts and five drivers. THREE FEWER DRIVERS AND THREE FEWER PLACES TO HOUSE THEM, ON A LINE THAT LOOKS IDENTICAL. ⭐ It also gives 60% more light than fifty metres of PLEX-COB-5 on 40% of the drivers. ⚠ It costs more per metre, which is the trade.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You.
Two, at the 26 metre two-end limit — with one cut between them. Every other dotless strip in the range runs 10 metres on a two-end feed, so the same fifty metres would be five runs, four cuts and five drivers.
On a fifty metre order, yes. Three fewer drivers and three fewer places to house them, on a line that looks identical — it is the single largest practical difference available in this catalogue between two dotless products. And nothing states it.
500 watts and 38,500 to 40,500 lumens. For comparison, the same fifty metres of PLEX-COB-5 is 250 watts and about 25,000 lumens on five drivers — so ULTRA gives 60% more light on 40% of the drivers. It costs more per metre, which is the trade.
Two of about 270W each on 25 metre runs. Large units needing ventilated accessible homes, but two locations rather than five — and on a long perimeter those locations are usually the constrained part of the design.
Not from this listing. The datasheet lists 2700K at 670 lumens per metre and names it in the colour-temperature field, but the product sells 3000, 4000 and 5000K. So an extra-warm PLEX-ULTRA exists as a specification with no ordering path. On a fifty metre domestic job where 2700K is the wanted colour, that is worth a phone call rather than a compromise.
Yes. Fifty metres is a single production run, so both 25 metre lengths come from the same batch. On a dotless strip the join between two runs is already nearly invisible; matching batches makes it entirely so. Beyond fifty metres, ask us for consecutive rolls.
Fifty metres of it, mandatory — the sheet requires an aluminium heat sink in capitals and voids the warranty without one. On a 25 metre run that means jointed extrusion, and the joints want to fall where they will not be noticed. None of the catalogue's 47 profiles names this strip. Ask us to quote both and to plan the joint positions.
