⭐⭐ The only PLEX-COB-5 listing that carries all four colours

• ⭐⭐ SO 2700 K EXISTS IN EXACTLY TWO PLACES: the 1 m sample and the 50 m roll. ⛔ There is no 5 m or 20 m 2700 K at any IP rating.

⭐ 2700 K is warmer than the range's own warm white — and it behaves differently

⭐ The sheet publishes 2700 K at 390 lm per metre against 3000 K's 380 — ⚠ so 2700 K is marginally BRIGHTER than 3000 K here, which is the reverse of the usual pattern. ⭐ Warmer whites normally cost efficiency, because the phosphor conversion is heavier. ⚠ Across the range the 2700 K figures sit outside the pattern that every other colour follows exactly, ⭐ so we would treat them as approximate rather than precise, and we have asked Domus. ⭐ What is not in doubt is the appearance: 2700 K is visibly warmer, close to an incandescent lamp, and it suits living spaces and timber.

⛔⛔ Fifty metres of strip is fifty metres of profile

⭐ The datasheet requires an aluminium heat sink in capitals and voids the warranty without one. ⛔ No description says it; none of the catalogue's 47 profiles mentions PLEX-COB. ⭐ At fifty metres that is a second material purchase of comparable size, and it has to be in the budget from the start. ⭐ Ask us to quote both together.

⭐ Five runs, not ten

⭐ The sheet allows 10 m on a two-end feed against 5 m on one end, ⭐ so fifty metres is five runs and five drivers rather than ten. ⭐ On IP67 that also takes the intermediate cuts from nine to four — ⭐ five fewer breaks in the silicon coating, for no extra cable.
