A suggestion, not a specification. A calculator can get it wrong — have a licensed electrician confirm the driver, the total load and the wiring before you order.
The Domus PLEX-COB-20-IP67 is a 24 V COB LED strip — 20 W per metre, 640 LEDs per metre, CRI90, IP67, 5 m pack, in 3000, 4000 or 5000 K.
⭐ Used whole there is no intermediate cut, but the strip is still terminated at each end — ⭐ and a termination opens the coating. ⛔ None of the range's connectors is rated above IP20, and the connector range is described for the IP54 strip. ⭐⭐ So an IP67 strip terminated this way has two unrated ends. ⭐ The answer is layout: put both terminations somewhere dry and let only the sealed length sit in the wet zone. ⚠ With only two of them, that is a genuinely solvable problem — which is another reason the 5 m pack is the right format here.

COB LED strip, IP67 silicon coated, 5 m pack. 20 W per metre at 24 V DC, 100 W total. 640 LEDs per metre, dotless. CRI90. 3000, 4000 or 5000 K. Driver required, approximately 120 W. 3-year warranty. ⭐⭐ THREE THINGS LINE UP HERE THAT LINE UP NOWHERE ELSE: all three colours (the IP67 offering is fragmented everywhere else), exactly one run with ZERO cuts so the silicon seal stays intact, and the highest output in the range. ⭐ IT IS THE BEST IP67 CONFIGURATION DOMUS SELLS — and nothing identifies it as such, because the run limit, the pack size and the colour coverage sit on three different pages. ⚠ THE DRIVER IS THE REAL DECISION: 120 W needs a dry, ventilated, accessible home.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You.
Three things line up that line up nowhere else. It carries all three colours, where the IP67 offering is fragmented across the rest of the range. It is exactly one run with zero cuts, because the pack length equals the published single-feed limit — so the silicon coating that provides the IP67 stays intact end to end. And it is the highest output in the range at 20W per metre.
Considerably. Across the ten PLEX-COB-20 listings, the 1m sells only 5000K, one 20m listing sells only 5000K, and the other 20m and the per-metre sell only 3000 and 4000K. This 5m pack and the 50m are the only IP67 formats carrying all three.
Because the pieces sit on three different pages. The run limit is in the family description, the pack size is in the title, and the colour coverage only appears by comparing ten listings. Nothing joins them up, so the best configuration in the range is invisible.
100 watts of load, so a 120W driver with sensible headroom. That is a serious object — roughly the size of a large paperback, generating real heat — and it will not fit in a cove detail, a shadow gap or the back of a cabinet plinth. It needs a ventilated, accessible, dry location, and on a wet-area run that is often the hardest thing to find.
Take the 10W strip instead. It needs only 60W over the same five metres and gives half the light, which for a great many positions is still plenty. That is the honest trade — the driver location is a real constraint, not a detail, and it is worth letting it influence the wattage.
Not at the ends. Used whole there is no intermediate cut, but the strip is still terminated at each end and a termination opens the coating. None of the range's connectors is rated above IP20, so an IP67 strip terminated this way has two unrated ends. Put both somewhere dry and let only the sealed length sit in the wet zone — with only two of them that is a genuinely solvable problem, which is another reason this format is right.
Before the tiling or the joinery goes in. A 120W driver needs a real space, and finding one after the wet area is finished usually means a compromise — a visible enclosure, a longer cable run, or an inaccessible position that becomes a problem when the driver fails.
