Product Description
xThe PLEX-COB series of LED strip incorporates the latest in LED COB chip technology, with true Dotless appearance utilising 640 LEDs per metre. Operating on 24V DC allows for less resistive heat and longer run lengths. Choose from IP54 Indoor Strip including wet areas, or for waterproof installations, the IP67 Strip with silicon coating. Longer areas of weldless joints provide a more reliable solution avoiding breaks in continuity. A range of wattage per metre options from 5W, 10W, 15W and 20W covers all desirable light output levels for your desired area. High CRI90 chips provide excellent colour rendering while providing a smooth and seamless linear lighting for a clean and minimalistic look. The PLEX-COB series come with a choice of single colour 3000K Warm White, 4000K Neutral White and 5000K White for your residential or commercial linear lighting project applications. A comprehensive range of optional accessories including fast fix connectors, and L-joint connectors are available for complex installations. Ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry, bars, restaurants, and all indoor highlighting applications.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.

- Restocking fee: 20% will apply unless otherwise stated, or unless another order of equal or greater value is placed in lieu of this re-stocking fee.
