The Domus PLEO-9.6 Neon Side is a 24 V side-emitting LED neon flex — 9.6 W per metre, CRI90, IP67, sold in 1 m, in 3000, 4000 or 5000 K.
⚠ Across the Domus PROFILE listings we found no LED density guidance at all, ⭐ which matters there because profile depth and LED spacing together decide whether a strip reads as a line or a row of dots. ⭐ That gap is real on the profiles. ⭐ But it is NOT true of the catalogue: this range publishes 140 SMD LEDs per metre outright. ⭐ So if you are pairing a bare strip to a profile, the figure to ask for exists somewhere in the range — ⭐ it simply is not on the profile page where you need it.

No — in 50mm increments only. Domus publishes that outright for this range, and the reason is in a second published figure: 140 SMD LEDs per metre, which is one every 7.14mm. 50mm divided by 7.14 is exactly 7, so a cut segment is a block of seven LEDs wired in series, and 50mm is where that block ends. Cutting anywhere else would sever a series string and kill the segment.
It rounds to the nearest 50mm. A 2.375m cove becomes 2.35 or 2.40m. In a cove nobody notices. In formed lettering, a shopfront reveal, or anything butting into a return, a 25mm shortfall is visible — so set out to a multiple of 50 from the start rather than discovering it on site.
Check where the marks actually fall before ordering a length. The first cut point is not necessarily at 0mm from the end, so a nominal 2.40m piece may carry a short unlit tail. On a 1m sample you can see exactly where they land, which is one of the better reasons to buy a metre before a reel.
It is right about the profiles and wrong about the catalogue, and the distinction matters. Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
