• ⭐ Every other aluminium profile Domus sells is a straight extrusion. ⭐ If you want a curved line of light from one, you buy the Maxi Curve pendant — a fixed, factory-formed arc — ⚠ whose radius is not published anywhere, so you cannot check it against your own geometry.
• ⭐ This profile is formed on site. ⭐ The radius is whatever your curve is — ⭐ a curved bar, a rounded reveal, a spiral stair soffit, a circular bulkhead. ⭐ You are not matching a supplier's arc; the arc matches you.
• ⭐ That is a genuinely different way of solving the problem, and for anything with an irregular or one-off curve it is the only practical one.
• ⛔ THE ONE FIGURE IT NEEDS IS NOT PUBLISHED: the minimum bend radius. ⭐ Every bendable extrusion has a limit below which it kinks rather than curves, ⚠ and a kinked aluminium channel is scrap. ⭐ At 4 × 8 mm this is the smallest Pleo profile and will bend tightest of the three, but we cannot tell you how tight. ⭐ Ask us before you commit to a radius, and do a test piece if the curve is tight.

• ⭐ Which is why a 4 × 8 mm channel works at all. ⚠ An 8 mm-deep channel with a bare strip in it would be the most dot-prone thing in the range. ⭐ With flex it is simply a neat, shallow housing.
