The Domus PLEO 10×10 mm Rigid Profile is an aluminium channel for LED strip and neon flex — 3 m lengths, with mounting clips, in polished aluminium.

  • ⭐ The reason to consider both: this product is ALREADY MADE TO ORDER. ⭐ It is cut to length when you buy it, so a custom length is not an extra process — it is the same process with a different number. ⚠ A powder coat does add a step, but on a product with no published lead time you are already in a conversation about timing.

Yes — Domus offers customisable lengths, and it is worth asking because this product is already made to order. It is cut to length when you buy it, so a custom length is not an extra process; it is the same process with a different number.

What does a custom length actually buy me?

Fewer joints. A 3.6m run made from 3m sticks is two pieces and a joint; ordered at 3.6m it may be one. On a lit line a joint is what the eye finds, so removing one is worth asking about — particularly on a feature run where the whole point is a continuous line.

Should I have it powder coated?

It depends on where it sits. Polished aluminium is a bright silver line, and in a dark ceiling, a black reveal or a coloured joinery face it is clearly visible when the light is off. A matched colour is the difference between a detail and a fitting. Powder coating is available on request to a specified colour.

What do you not know about those options?

Warranties

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.

Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.

Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.

Damaged or Missing Items

Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.

If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.

Returns

Change of Mind Returns

  • Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.
