The Domus MURO-PRO-30S is a 30 W twin-head exterior spotlight with a built-in motion sensor, in die-cast aluminium with a glass cover, switchable 3000 K / 4000 K / 5000 K, in black, dark grey or white.
⚠ We are publishing this as IP44, and here is why that needs saying. Its datasheet gives two different ratings in one document — the specification field reads IP54 and the same sheet's own description says “rated at IP44”. The product title and our record both say IP44.
We have published the lower of the two. The difference is the first digit — dust ingress, not water — and both ratings cover splashing water from any direction. ⚠ The non-sensor version of this same spotlight has no such conflict: every source says IP54 for it. If the rating is part of a specification, ask us and we will get it confirmed by Domus in writing.
Practically: mount it under an eave, on a wall, or anywhere sheltered from direct driving rain — which is where a sensor spotlight belongs anyway.
Our product record says only that a sensor is fitted. The datasheet gives the numbers that decide whether it will actually work for you:
| Specification | What it means | |
|---|---|---|
| Detection area | 180°, approx. 12 m | A half-circle in front, reaching the far side of most driveways |
| Time delay | 10 ±5 sec to 4 ±1 min | Adjustable — long enough to unlock a door, or to unload a car |
| Lux threshold | Adjustable, daylight to night | Set how dark it must be before it triggers at all |
✅ All three are adjustable, and all three matter. A sensor with a fixed 30-second delay and no lux control is the kind that switches on at dusk and irritates the neighbours.
30 W twin-head LED exterior spotlight with integrated PIR sensor. 295 × 187 × 198 mm, die-cast aluminium with a glass cover and ABS. Output 1,900 / 2,100 / 2,000 lm at 3000 K / 4000 K / 5000 K, switchable by dip switch. 120° spread, Bridgelux LEDs, CRI ≥80, 30,000 hrs. ⛔ Not dimmable. Sensor: 180° detection to approx. 12 m; delay adjustable 10 ±5 sec to 4 ±1 min; lux threshold adjustable daylight to night. 240 V AC, 50 Hz. ⚠ IP44 published — the datasheet gives IP54 in its specification field and IP44 in its own description; we have published the lower. Ask us for written confirmation. Black, dark grey or white. Warranty 3 years.

Its datasheet says both — IP54 in the specification field and "rated at IP44" in the same document's description — and the title and our record say IP44. We have published the lower of the two. The difference is the first digit, which is dust ingress rather than water: both ratings cover splashing water from any direction. Practically it belongs under an eave or on a wall out of driving rain, which is where a sensor spotlight goes anyway. If the rating is part of a specification, ask us and we will get it confirmed in writing.
Approximately 12 metres across a 180° arc — a half-circle in front of the fitting, reaching the far side of most driveways. That figure is on the datasheet and not in our product record, which says only that a sensor is fitted, so it is worth taking from here.
Yes — the delay is adjustable from about 10 seconds to about 4 minutes, and the lux threshold is adjustable from daylight to night so you can set how dark it must be before it triggers at all. All three sensor settings being adjustable is the difference between a useful sensor light and one that irritates the neighbours.
Angle the sensor down and away from anything that moves on its own — a road, a neighbour's path, a washing line. 180° at 12 metres is a wide catchment, so aim the sensor at the approach you actually care about while pointing the light heads where you need to see. They adjust independently, which is what makes that possible.
Functionally a floodlight. Each head throws 120°, so two of them cover a driveway or a back yard rather than picking out a single feature. If you want a tight beam on a tree or a wall detail, ask us for a spike light with a 40° or narrower optic.
No. The datasheet is explicit and there is no dimmable driver option. The colour switch is a dip switch set once at installation, not a control, so do not buy a dimmer for it.
295 × 187 × 198 mm against 249 × 187 × 137 mm — the sensor adds real bulk, particularly in depth. On a narrow wall or beside a door frame that difference is worth checking before you commit to a position.
