⭐ A curved fitting on two drops hangs level only if both points are at the same height — ⭐ which is true of a straight one too. ⚠ But a curve makes an error more visible: ⭐ a straight fitting slightly off level reads as a tilt, and a curved one reads as a twist, ⭐ which the eye picks up faster because it breaks the symmetry of the arc. ⭐ Worth telling the installer.

The setting-out. A 2.4m fitting takes two suspension points, and on a straight pendant those sit on a line so an installer can measure from a wall. If this fitting curves in plan they do not sit on a line — they sit on the arc, which means they are offset from each other in both directions. So the drawing needs two coordinates per point rather than one dimension.
Because a point in the wrong place does not just shift the fitting, it rotates it. On a straight pendant a mis-set point moves the fitting along its axis and the result still looks like a straight pendant. On an arc it changes the orientation of the whole sweep, which is immediately visible. And it has to be right before the ceiling closes.
The suspension-point spacing, and — the half people forget — whether it is given as a straight dimension or as coordinates on the arc. That second part decides whether a drawing can be produced at all. The spacing is not published on any listing in either range, so an installer currently has nothing to set out from.

So the electrical design, the lighting calculation and the ceiling reach are all settled — it is only the plan setting-out that waits on the geometry. That is a useful split, because it means the job is not blocked.
4800 lumens at 2000 lumens per metre, or 100 lumens per watt from 48W — the most any fitting in the three linear ranges gives, being the longest length at the more efficient colour temperature. The 3000K version publishes 4320 lumens.

If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
You must lodge a return request via the below request form.
Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
