⛔ Its published output conflicts with its own order code — read this first

• ⭐ We measured it rather than assuming. ⭐ Across all 88 Domus linear listings carrying an order code, 3 publish a lumen figure that contradicts their own colour temperature — ⭐ and all three are 3000 K codes carrying the 4000 K figure. Never the reverse. ⭐ 85 of 88 are correct.
• ⭐ This is the only one of the three in the Maxi 50; ⭐ the other two are Maxi 40.
• ⭐ The consistent direction is what makes the reading confident: ⚠ it points to a transposition from the 4000 K variant rather than to a genuinely brighter fitting. ⭐ Three independent errors in the same direction is a pattern, not a coincidence.
• ⭐ Plan on 4320 lm. ⭐ The difference is about 11% — ⚠ enough to matter against a lux target, not enough to change the fitting you choose.

• ⭐ Suits a bar, pass or communal table of about 3.6 m — roughly two-thirds the surface.
• ⭐ A black body against a dark ceiling disappears, ⭐ and CRI90 at 3000 K means drinks and food read correctly — ⚠ most commercial linear at this colour temperature publishes CRI80, where reds flatten.
• ⚠ 4320 lm at full output is service lighting. ⭐ Dimmed to roughly a fifth it becomes evening light. ⛔ The minimum level is not published.
• ⭐ Take OPAL or FROSTED — ⚠ prismatic and honeycomb are workplace optics that read technical in a hospitality room, and clear is undiffused over seated guests.
