The Domus Maxi 40 is a 2.4 m suspended LED linear pendant — 48 W, 4320 lm, 3000 K at CRI90, dimmable, in a white body with a high diffuser.
Domus asks you to call and confirm it. ⭐ We will.
| Fittings | Load | Output |
|---|---|---|
| 3 | 144 W | 12,960 lm |
| 5 | 240 W | ⭐ 21,600 lm |
| 8 | 384 W | 34,560 lm |
⭐ Both columns calculate directly — ⭐ load from 20.0 W/m and output from the published 4320 lm. ⚠ Turning lumens into lux still needs the room; ⭐ tell us and we will do it.
⭐ On a run of eight or more, order one extra from the same batch. ⚠ This is an integrated LED with no lamp, ⛔ the rated lifespan is not published, and ⚠ a replacement is made to order on an unknown clock. ⭐ A spare removes all three at once.

2.4 m suspended LED linear pendant. 4320 lm, 48 W (90 lm/W), 3000 K, CRI90. 120° down-only. IP20. 2400 mm. 3 m drop. PLEX-COB-20W strip, integral dimmable driver, DALI and emergency on request. White body, high diffuser. 3-year replacement warranty. Order code MAXI-40-2.4M-HD-W-3K. SKUs 30350–30353. 240 V. ⭐ THE GAP IS NOW A CALCULATION, NOT A GUESS — the 120° beam spreads to roughly 3.5× the mounting height, so at 1 m above the working plane each fitting covers about 3.5 m and gaps up to about 1 m keep the level even. ⚠ Wider and you will see a scallop. ⭐ Visually, half a fitting length or more reads as rhythm; a small gap reads as a failed run.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You.
There are two constraints and they mostly agree. Visually, a gap of about half a fitting length or more reads as a deliberate rhythm, while a small gap reads as a continuous run that failed to join — which looks like a mistake rather than a choice. On the lighting side, the 120 degree beam spreads to roughly 3.5 times the mounting height, so at 1m above the working plane each fitting covers about 3.5m across, and gaps up to about 1m keep the level even between 2.4m fittings. Wider than that and you will see a scallop.
Alignment and batch. Two suspension points per fitting means four fixings per pair, and any error is visible down the whole room because the fittings are long and parallel — and the point spacing is not published, so ask before setting out. And these are made to order and powder-coated, so a second order is not guaranteed to match the first, which on a white body side by side shows more readily than on a dark one.
Both calculate directly: load from 20.0 watts per metre and output from the published 4320 lumens. Three fittings is 144W and 12,960 lumens, five is 240W and 21,600 lumens, eight is 384W and 34,560 lumens. Turning lumens into lux still needs the room's surfaces and geometry — tell us and we will do it.
On a run of eight or more, yes. This is an integrated LED with no lamp, the rated lifespan is not published, and a replacement is made to order on an unknown clock. One extra fitting from the same batch removes all three problems at once, and on a white powder coat it also guarantees the finish matches.
No. A later order starts its own unknown lead-time clock and a powder-coat batch is not guaranteed to match — which on a row of white fittings seen side by side is exactly where it shows. Order one finish, one colour temperature, one batch.
4320 lumens at 1800 lumens per metre, or 90 lumens per watt from 48W, at 3000K and CRI90. The 4000K version gives 4800 lumens for the same power, about 11% more, if the space suits neutral light.
No — IP20, dry interior only. For bathrooms, covered outdoor areas, commercial kitchens or unsealed bays, ask us about the Domus IMPACT range at IP66 and IK10.
