1.2 m suspended LED linear pendant. 24 W, 3000 K, CRI90. 120° down-only. IP20. 1200 mm. 3 m drop. PLEX-COB-20W strip, integral dimmable driver, DALI and emergency on request. White body, low diffuser. 3-year replacement warranty. Order code MAXI-40-1.2M-LD-W-3K. SKUs 30110–30113. 240 V. ⛔ ITS PUBLISHED 2400 lm CONFLICTS WITH ITS OWN 3000 K ORDER CODE — every other 3000 K listing publishes 1800 lm/m (2160 lm at this length), including its own flat and high-diffuser siblings. ⭐ 3 of 88 linear listings carry this fault, all in the same direction. ⭐ Plan on 2160 lm; ask us before committing to a lux calculation. ✅ Length and wattage check out on all 88.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You.
Plan on 2160 lumens and treat the published 2400 as the optimistic case. The listing publishes 2400lm, but its own order code is MAXI-40-1.2M-LD-W-3K — a 3000K product — and every other 3000K listing in the range publishes 1800 lumens per metre, which at 1.2m is 2160lm. Its two direct siblings, the white 3000K flat and high diffusers, both publish 2160lm. The 2400 figure is what every 4000K listing publishes.
Confident enough to tell you, not confident enough to overwrite the supplier. We measured it across all 88 Domus linear listings carrying an order code: 3 publish a lumen figure that contradicts their own colour temperature, and all three are 3000K codes carrying the 4000K figure — never the reverse. That consistent direction points to a transposition from the 4000K variant rather than a genuinely brighter product. 85 of 88 are correct.
About 11%, so it depends what you are doing. If you are working to a lux target across an office or a retail space, that is enough to change the fitting count and worth resolving first. If you are hanging one pendant over a dining table, it is not enough to change the fitting you choose. Ask us before you commit to a calculation and we will get the confirmed figure from Domus.
Yes, and we checked rather than assuming. Across all 88 linear listings the published length matches the order code without exception, and the wattage divides to exactly 20.0 watts per metre without exception. The lumen field is the only one that misbehaves, and only on three products. So CRI90, IP20, the 120 degree down-only beam, the 3m drop and the 3-year replacement warranty all stand.
It is high for a linear pendant of this kind — above the CRI 80 or better that the Domus MAX-50 profile range publishes. Over a kitchen island or a dining table it means food and materials read correctly, and at 3000K you get warm light that still renders honestly, which is not the usual trade-off.
No — IP20, dry interior only. That covers bathrooms, covered outdoor areas, commercial kitchens and unsealed bays. For those positions, ask us about the Domus IMPACT range at IP66 and IK10.
Domus builds it to order and publishes no lead time — their own note asks you to call and confirm. We will do that, and we will settle the lumen figure in the same call.
