The Domus LRF-T30 is a 2.3 W LED filament globe in the slim T30 “banana” tube shape, 1800 K amber, dimmable, on either a B22 bayonet or E27 screw base.
⚠ Choose the base carefully — our filter will not help you here. This globe is sold in both B22 (bayonet) and E27 (screw), but the product record lists only E27. If you search or filter by lamp base, the bayonet version will not show up even though we stock it.
Both are on this page. Check the holder in your fitting — a bayonet has two pins and pushes in with a twist, a screw base threads in — and pick the matching variant.
Ø30 mm and 180–185 mm long — a narrow tube rather than a bulb.
Dimmable, and worth dimming: at 65 lm the globe is already low, so a dimmer takes it into genuinely candle-like territory.
2.3 W LED filament globe, T30 tube, Ø30 × 180–185 mm. Available in B22 bayonet (65960) and E27 screw (65961) — ⚠ our record lists E27 only; both are stocked. 65 lm at 1800 K amber, 360°. Dimmable — check the dimmer's minimum load on a single globe. 220–240 V AC. ⚠ Lifespan 15,000 hrs and ⚠ warranty 2 years, both different from the rest of this catalogue. ✅ Wattage confirmed against the datasheet.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You.
Yes — both B22 bayonet and E27 screw are on this page. The reason to ask is that our product record lists E27 only, so if you filter or search by lamp base the bayonet version will not appear even though we stock it. Check the holder in your fitting and pick the matching variant.
No, and it is not meant to be. 65 lumens is roughly a candle-lit level — this is a globe you look at, not one you read by. It belongs exposed in a clear-glass pendant over a bar or a dining table, in a wall bracket, or in a table lamp where the globe itself is part of the design. If you need light as well, put it on a separate circuit from something that provides it.
Deep amber — warmer than a halogen at 2700 K and much warmer than the 3000 K "warm white" most fittings use. It is the colour of a filament running low, which is exactly the effect the shape is going for. Alongside 3000 K downlights in the same room it will read as noticeably orange, and that contrast is usually the point.
Yes, and it is worth doing — at 65 lumens a dimmer takes it into genuinely candle-like territory. The catch is that 2.3 W is a very small load: a single globe will often fall below a trailing-edge dimmer's minimum, which looks like flicker or a dimmer that does nothing over half its travel. A cluster of five or six on one circuit usually behaves. Tell us the count and the dimmer and we will say.
Check the internal height first. At 180–185 mm long plus the holder, it is more than many enclosed shades allow. It is Ø30 mm, so width is rarely the problem — the length is. In narrow glass cylinders and cluster pendants where a round globe would collide with its neighbour, the slim tube is an advantage.
Filament LEDs run very small chips hard inside a sealed glass envelope, so they do not reach the 50,000 hours an ordinary LED fitting quotes. At three hours a night, 15,000 hours is still around thirteen years. It is worth knowing if the fitting is somewhere awkward to reach.
Two years is the term on the Retro filament range. Most of this catalogue is three years and the GT exterior range is one, so there are three different terms in play — worth reading rather than assuming, particularly when comparing globes on price.
