Why does the duration need confirming?

Because the twin's datasheet gives two answers: "1.5 Hours Discharging Time" — 90 minutes — and separately "120 Min". Both on the same document. 90 against 120 minutes is a compliance distinction and a certifier checks the figure rather than the intention, so we are not going to pick one for you. On an emergency fitting the consumable is the battery rather than a lamp, which is the thing actually worth planning a replacement cycle around.

What wattage does it run at?

Warranties

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.

Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.

Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.

Damaged or Missing Items

Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.

If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
