The Domus GT-660 Monaco is a single-head post light — 2,350 mm tall, IP43, taking one E27 lamp, in die-cast aluminium with a moulded acrylic lens. Five powder-coated colours.
Up to 10 business days for production before it ships. ⚠ Order a pair together if they flank an entrance.
| Monaco tall post | Heads | Height |
|---|---|---|
| GT-660 (this one) | 1 | 2,350 mm |
| GT-662 | 2 | 2,350 mm |
| GT-664 | 3 | 2,350 mm |
Single-head exterior post light. 2,350 mm high. IP43. 220–240 V AC. One E27 lamp — not included. Die-cast aluminium body, moulded acrylic lens. Beige, Black, Burgundy, Green or White. ⚠ Warranty 1 year. ⛔ Made to order — allow up to 10 business days. ✅ 2,350 mm is the 2.35m published on the datasheet, and the same post the twin and triple versions use — the figure describes the POST, not the whole fitting. ⛔ A 2.4m Monaco post also exists, sold under a different title style — ask us. ⛔ No width, maximum lamp wattage, footing specification or wind rating.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You.
It is the post. All three Monaco tall posts — single, twin and triple head — record the same 2,350mm, which tells you the figure describes the shared post rather than the whole fitting; add the lantern above it. Worth knowing because the Siena sphere range in this catalogue works the other way, with recorded heights that vary by head count and so appear to describe the whole fitting. Two conventions in one supplier's catalogue. If the overall height is critical, ask us and we will measure one.
Yes — a 2.4m version, and it is worth knowing it exists because you will not find it near this listing. The datasheet publishes four heights (1.35m, 1.98m, 2.35m, 2.40m), but only the first three appear as "Monaco … Post" listings. The 2.4m is sold as "DOMUS MONACO 1LT 2.4M POSTLIGHT", in a completely different title style, alongside 2LT and 3LT versions. Tell us the height you actually want and we will find it across both conventions rather than leaving you to guess.
For a driveway entrance, a gateway or a long frontage. Well above eye level, the lantern becomes a light source rather than an object you look into, and height multiplies the spread the acrylic lens gives — so this throws the widest pool of the three. On a modest frontage it will dominate, and the 1,980mm medium post is better scaled for a typical front garden.
No width is recorded on this listing. The single-head medium post records 650mm and that is the best guide we have, but we would rather measure than estimate — ask us if the footprint matters against a verge, a fence line or a boundary, and we will confirm before your ten-day lead time starts.
One E27 lamp, not included. Check this before buying globes: other Domus lantern ranges are B22 bayonet — the Chester, Avignon and most of the Vienna range, and B22 and E27 do not interchange. We would fit an 8–10W LED, warm at 2700–3000K, enclosed and damp rated. No maximum wattage is recorded, so ask us before going above about 15W.
Not recorded — no depth, base plate size, fixing pattern or wind rating. At 2.35m this is the greatest leverage of the three single-head Monaco posts, so it is the one where that gap matters most. Tell us the site and the soil and we will get the detail from Domus before your concreter is there; it goes into concrete long before anyone tests the light.
The castings are made in Italy, and the fitting is assembled and powder coated in Australia. That is on the datasheet and in no product field. The local powder coating is why five colours are made to order rather than one held in stock, and why there is a ten-day production time.
