The Domus BLAZE-PRO Marine 50 / 75 / 100 W is a salt-water-resistant LED box floodlight, IP66, tri-colour, with oxidation treatment plus a C5 marine-grade outdoor powder coating. Black or white.
This product is the 50 / 75 / 100 W. Its attached sheet states 20 / 30 / 50 W.
| Listing | Wattages |
|---|---|
| Marine 20/30/50 W | 20 · 30 · 50 |
| Marine 50/75/100 W (this one) | 50 · 75 · 100 |
| Marine 100/150/200 W | 100 · 150 · 200 |
application: Indoor, on a salt-water-resistant floodlight. ⭐ That field holds “Indoor” on 340 of 342 Domus records — it carries no information. Read the IP66 and the C5 coating.
Marine-grade LED box floodlight, salt-water resistant. 50 / 75 / 100 W switchable, tri-colour 3000 / 4000 / 5500 K. Housing: oxidation plus C5 marine-grade outdoor powder coating; stainless steel and aluminium. IP66. 120° beam. CRI ≥70. 110 lm/W. 240 V AC, driver on board. 4.5 kV surge protection. Frosted glass with an anti-condensation breathing valve. ⛔ Not dimmable. ⚠ Lifespan 20,000 hrs. Black or White. ⛔ The datasheet attached to this listing states 20/30/50 W and belongs to the smaller Marine, so no lumen figure is published here — ask us for the verified table. ⚠ Warranty not recorded.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You.
The datasheet attached to this listing states 20/30/50W — the smaller Marine's range — while this product is the 50/75/100W. Printing 5,060lm, which is the 50W fitting's figure on that sheet, as this product's 100W output would understate it by roughly half. The construction detail above is unaffected because it describes the Marine range as a whole and the sibling 20/30/50W listing carries a sheet our process verified. Ask us for the correct table.
No. A 50W setting on the small Marine housing and a 50W setting on this larger one are different bodies with different heat sinking, and they will not be the same size on the wall. That matters if you are ordering to match an existing installation. Tell us what is already there and we will match the housing rather than just the wattage.
An oxidation treatment on the aluminium plus a C5 marine-grade outdoor powder coating — C5 being the highest corrosivity category in the standard classification, specified for coastal and industrial atmospheres with salt or chemical load. The oxidation layer underneath is the part that matters: floodlights near salt water rarely fail electrically, they fail where the coating is breached and the substrate corrodes from below, lifting the finish.
No. Away from salt spray or chemical exposure this is protection you are not using, and the standard BLAZE-PRO is the better buy at the same output. The marine version earns its money on a beachfront, a marina, a pool surround or an industrial site — places where the housing, not the LED, decides how long the installation lasts.
Ask us. A C5 housing mounted on standard bolts corrodes at the bolts, and the BLAZE-PRO corner bracket sold in this catalogue states no coating standard at all. We would rather specify the whole assembly than have you buy a marine-grade light and mount it on hardware that fails first.
No. That holds across the whole BLAZE-PRO range and no external control changes it. If the design needs to reduce output overnight, ask us and we will find a floodlight that supports it.
It is at the low end for LED — most of this catalogue quotes 50,000 hours. At 12 hours a night it is roughly four and a half years of dusk-to-dawn running. On a sensor triggering occasionally it is effectively very long; on a commercial yard lit all night it is a replacement cycle to budget for.
