This is the 50 cm ground spike for the Domus BLAZE-PRO 24 V DC floodlight — the longer alternative to the 26 cm spike supplied with the fitting.

⭐ What it is, and where that comes from

This listing has no datasheet and its record holds four fields. ⭐ The floodlight’s datasheet is what explains it: under accessories it reads “26 cm Spike (Included) 50 cm Spike (Sold Separately)”.

Do I need this, or does a spike come with the floodlight?

A 26cm spike is included with the BLAZE-PRO 24V DC floodlight — this 50cm one is the upgrade, not a requirement. The floodlight's own datasheet is the source for that, and it is the only place in the catalogue where either spike is described. On firm, level, established ground the included spike is adequate and there is no reason to buy this.

When is the longer spike worth it?

Three situations. Soft or recently prepared ground, where a 100W floodlight has enough mass and leverage to lean within a season — and a leaning uplight throws its beam somewhere you did not intend. Among planting that will grow, where the extra 24cm keeps the fitting clear of mulch and low foliage that would clip the beam. Warranties

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.

Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.

Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.

Damaged or Missing Items

Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.

If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.

Change of Mind Returns

  • Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.
