Domus BLAZE-PRO 24V DC 100W LED Box Flood TRIO

The Domus BLAZE-PRO 24 V is a 100 W extra-low-voltage LED box floodlight, IP66, tri-colour, supplied with a 26 cm garden spike and requiring a 24 V DC constant-voltage driver.

⛔ It runs on 24 V DC and cannot be wired to mains

• A 24 V DC constant-voltage LED driver is required and is not included. This is the difference between this fitting and the 240 V BLAZE-PROs, which carry a driver on board and wire straight to mains.
• ⭐ Wire in parallel, as the datasheet specifies — not in series.
• ⚠ Size the driver for every fitting on the run, with headroom. At 100 W each these are substantial loads for an extra-low-voltage system; two of them is 200 W before any allowance. Tell us how many you are running and we will size it with you.
• ⚠ Cable run and volt drop matter far more at 24 V than at 240 V. A long garden run at 100 W will drop voltage and dim the fitting if the cable is undersized — this is the most common cause of a low-voltage garden installation underperforming.
• ✅ What you get for the extra complication is a floodlight that can be run safely in a garden, near water and within reach, where a 240 V fitting could not.

Its record says 24 V and DC, and both are correct. ⭐ That is worth stating, because two AURA step lights and two PLEX-COB strips elsewhere in this catalogue record 240 V AC on 24 V products — an error that could send someone to wire an extra-low-voltage fitting to mains. This one is recorded properly.

⛔ Its application field still says Indoor, on an IP66 floodlight supplied with a garden spike. That field holds “Indoor” on 340 of 342 Domus products and carries no information.
