Domus BLAZE-PRO 100/150/200W LED Box Floodlight F&p TRIO

The Domus BLAZE-PRO is a switchable LED box floodlight, 100 / 150 / 200 W, IP66, with a tri-colour selector and a driver on board — supplied on a 1.5 m flex and plug.

⭐ One fitting, nine light outputs

Two switches on the body set the wattage and the colour temperature independently, so a single unit covers what would otherwise be nine separate products.

• ⭐ Both switches must be set deliberately at installation. Left at whatever it arrived on, you may be running 100 W where you paid for 200 W — and nothing on the outside of the fitting tells you afterwards.
• ⭐ 4000 K gives the most light at every wattage, and 3000 K the least. The spread is around 8%, which is not enough to choose on — choose the colour on the application.
• ⚠ Our record lists only 3000 K and 4000 K. The datasheet gives three; the 5500 K is missing from the record, not from the product.
• ⚠ Our record also lists only 200 W where the fitting is switchable across three. The 100 / 150 / 200 W in the title is the right reading.

Specifying it

• IP66 — dust-tight and rated against powerful water jets. ⭐ Genuinely a wash-down and driving-rain rating, well above the IP54 of the bollards in this catalogue.
• IK08 impact rating — it will take a knock, which matters on a warehouse wall or a sports court.
• 120° beam angle — a wide flood, for area lighting rather than throw. ⚠ If you need to reach a long way down a yard, a narrower optic does it better.
• CRI ≥70. ⚠ Adequate for security, parking and general area lighting; not a colour-critical figure. For anything where colour matters, ask us for a higher-CRI option.
• 110 lm/W luminous efficacy.
• Driver on board (DOB) — ⭐ no external driver, no separate enclosure, and nothing extra to find room for. It wires straight to 240 V.
• 4.5 kV surge protection — worthwhile on an exposed pole or a rural supply.
• ⛔ Not dimmable. Stated plainly on the datasheet. If the design needs dimming, this is the wrong fitting.
• Frosted glass lens to soften glare, and an anti-condensation breathing valve — ⭐ the feature that addresses the classic floodlight failure, where moisture fogs the inside of the lens and the output falls without anything having actually broken.
• Built-in sensor adaptor interface, with lux control at 10 / 20 / 50 / 100 lux and a remote control range of 0–8 m.
• Operating range −30 °C to 40 °C; installation height ≤8 m.
• ⚠ Lifespan 20,000 hours. ⛔ That is well below the 50,000 hours most of this catalogue quotes. At 12 hours a night it is about four and a half years, and it is worth knowing before specifying a run of them.

It records application: Indoor on an IP66 floodlight with a 1.5 m flex and plug. ⭐ Across the Domus catalogue that field holds “Indoor” 340 times and “Outdoor” once — it carries no information. Read the IP66 instead.

• Yards, hardstands, loading areas and car parks — a 120° flood at up to 24,380 lm covers a lot of ground from one point.
• Warehouse and workshop walls, where the IK08 rating earns its keep.
• Sports courts and driveways at an installation height up to 8 m.
• ⚠ Not where dimming is required, and ⚠ not where colour rendering matters — CRI ≥70.
• ⚠ Not for long throw — 120° is a wide wash, not a narrow beam.
