Product Description
xThe Daxia is a wide, shallow iron pendant made in two sizes and two colourways — ø600 mm and ø800 mm, each in black with gold or white with gold. The interior is the gold half: light reflects off it and comes down warm.
The two-tone is functional, not just decorative
A gold or brass interior warms the light on its way out, so the same globe reads warmer in this fitting than in a white-lined one. That is why a two-tone shade suits a dining table — the light falling on food and faces is kinder.
Pick the diameter against the table
The ø600 mm suits a table of about 1 m or an island bench; the ø800 mm wants 1.4 m or more and becomes the focal point of the room. Because the fitting is shallow — only 160 mm high — a large diameter does not feel heavy overhead the way a deep shade does.
Where it works
- Dining tables, sized to the table rather than the room.
- Kitchen islands, single in the ø800 mm or paired in the ø600 mm.
- Entry halls, where the shallow profile suits a standard ceiling.
- Open-plan rooms needing one fitting to define the dining zone.
Specifying it
Iron construction, 160 mm high, in ø600 mm or ø800 mm. One E27 globe up to 25 W, not supplied. It runs on 240 V, is IP20 and indoor only, and is Class I — an earth is required. Dimming is globe dependent. Warranty is three years.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You. With a single globe in a wide shade, use a higher-output LED lamp within the 25 W limit rather than expecting a small globe to fill it.

Is a globe included?
No. One E27 globe of up to 25 W, supplied separately.
Why does the interior matter?
The gold lining warms the light on its way out, so the same globe reads warmer than it would in a white-lined shade.
Is one globe enough for the ø800 mm?
Use a high-output LED lamp within the 25 W limit. A low-output globe will not fill a shade that wide.
Is it dimmable?
Globe dependent — fit a dimmable globe and a compatible dimmer.
What is the warranty?
Three years, as a replacement warranty.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
