Product Description
xThe Croset table lamp is a 500 mm lamp with an adjustable head, in a single gold-and-black finish.
One finish is stocked — the combined gold and black. The listing name offers black or gold; those are not separate options.
The head moves on two axes
Up and down, and side to side. That means you can aim it at a book, then swing it at a wall for indirect light, without moving the lamp. Most table lamps of this shape tilt on one hinge only.
Gold against black, not gold alone
The head and detailing are gold; the stem and base are black. The contrast is the design — it sits comfortably alongside black metal fittings and brass hardware, which is a common combination in current kitchens and studies.
One globe, not several
This is a single E27 lamp up to 40 W. An earlier version of this page described independently controlled lights and adjustable height; neither is correct. What it does have is the adjustable head, which is the useful part. Globes are not supplied.
There is a matching floor lamp
The Croset floor lamp uses the same gold-and-black finish and the same two-axis head, if you want the pair.

Questions
Can I get it in black only, or gold only?
No. One finish is stocked: the combined gold and black. The listing name is misleading and we are correcting it.
How does the head adjust?
On two axes — up and down, and side to side — so you can aim it at a book or swing it at a wall.
Does the height adjust?
No. An earlier version of this page said it did; that was wrong. The head adjusts, the height does not.
How many globes does it take?
One E27, up to 40 W, not supplied. An earlier version referred to independently controlled lights, which was also wrong.
How tall is it?
500 mm, on a 150 mm base.
Is there a matching floor lamp?
Yes — the Croset floor lamp, same finish and same two-axis head.
What is the warranty?
One year — shorter than most of the Telbix catalogue.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
