Product Description
xThe Diana is a crystal-bodied table lamp with a white linen shade, on a polished chrome or gold base. It stands 550 mm tall, which is the height that decides where it belongs: tall enough to light a surface from above, short enough to sit under a wall-mounted picture.
Crystal and polished metal both catch light
The body is faceted crystal on a polished base, so the lamp reflects the room around it as well as lighting it. That is worth thinking about beside a mirror or a window, where the reflections multiply. Against a plain wall it reads as a single quiet object.
Chrome or gold
Chrome is the cooler, more contemporary choice and disappears against white and grey. Gold is warmer and pairs with brass hardware and timber. Both carry the same white linen shade, so the shade is constant and the base sets the tone.

- Bedsides in pairs, where matching lamps either side is the usual arrangement.
- Hall and console tables, as a decorative object as much as a light.
- Living room side tables beside a sofa.
- Dressing tables, where the crystal and polished base suit the setting.
Specifying it
It takes a single E27 globe up to 40 W — a higher ceiling than most lamps in this range — and the globe is not supplied. Height is 550 mm. It is IP20, indoor and dry locations only. Warranty is one year, shorter than the three years most of the Telbix catalogue carries.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You. If you are buying a pair for a bedroom, order both together so the crystal and the plating match.

That depends on the globe you fit — no dimming restriction is published for the lamp itself.

40 W, which is higher than most lamps in this range.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
