CLARION TWIN EXTERIOR SPOT

The Clarion EX2 is a twin exterior spot — 2 × 10 W giving 1,800 lm, three colour temperatures, IP54 — in black. No sensor: it runs from a switch.

Switched, not sensed — and sometimes that is what you want

The sensor versions turn on when something moves. This one turns on when you turn it on, and stays on. That matters more often than people expect: a work area you want lit for an hour, an entertaining space, a carport where a sensor cycling on and off is a nuisance, or a position where passing traffic would trigger it all night.

Two heads, aimed separately

Each spot adjusts independently, so one fitting covers two directions — a driveway and a side gate, a path and a doorway. One cable run, two areas.

1,800 lumens is real output

Enough to light a driveway, a yard or a side access properly — a working light, not a marker.

Three colour temperatures, up to 6000 K

3000, 4000 or 6000 K. The cool setting is 6000 K daylight, cooler than the usual 5000 K — useful where a camera is watching, but choose 3000 K if the fitting lights somewhere people sit.

Double insulated

Class II — no earth required, in polycarbonate. Nothing to corrode and fewer connections to make.

Four in the range

Clarion is made as a single and a twin, each with or without a sensor. If you would rather it came on by itself, ask us for the sensor version — though note we cannot yet confirm its detection range.

Specifying it

73 mm wide, 185 mm high, in polycarbonate. Two integrated LEDs totalling 20 W and 1,800 lm, included, switchable 3000/4000/6000 K. No sensor. Not dimmable. 240 V, Class II — double insulated, no earth required, IP54 — sheltered outdoor positions. Warranty: three years domestic, TWO years commercial.
