Cedro 4 LED Pendant Light Bar

The Cedro PE4 is a 1,050 mm four-light pendant bar with smoke glass shades — integrated LED at 30 W for 2,280 lm, three colour temperatures — in sand black.

Smoke glass over an integrated LED, which is an unusual pairing

Most integrated-LED bars hide their source behind an opal diffuser. The Cedro puts it behind smoke glass — tinted but transparent — so you see into each shade rather than at a glowing panel. That gives the fitting depth and a visible interior while the LED itself stays even and glare-free. It reads as four objects rather than one lit strip.

2,280 lumens is a genuine working output

76 lumens per watt — three times the efficiency of the decorative bars in this catalogue, and enough to light a dining table or an island properly. So the smoke glass is not costing you the light, which on a tinted fitting it easily could.

Three colour temperatures

3000, 4000 or 5000 K, selected on the fitting — warm over a table, cooler over a work surface, decided at installation rather than at purchase.

A canopy nearly as long as the fitting

Worth checking before installation day: the canopy is 960 mm on a 1,050 mm fitting — it spreads the fixing along almost the entire length rather than concentrating it at one point. That is good for load, but check it against a raked or lined ceiling and against where the existing point sits.

Substantial — 3.5 kg

Iron, aluminium, glass and acrylic. Mention the weight to your electrician; with a 960 mm canopy the load is well spread, but it is not a light fitting.

One, four and five-light versions

Cedro is made in three configurations. A single over a bedside with the four-light over the table reads as one scheme.

It does not dim

One level only. The three colour temperatures are the control you have.
