Bremen Twin LED Vanity Wall Light

The Bremen WB2 is a twin LED vanity light in antique gold, black, bronze or chrome — 12 W giving 810 lm across two heads, with switchable 3000 K / 4000 K / 5000 K and IP44.

Twin or single — and why the twin is usually the better buy

The Bremen comes as a single (WB1, 340 mm) and as this twin (WB2, 605 mm). The twin is not simply brighter:

• Two heads spread the light along the bench, so a wide vanity is lit evenly rather than brightly in the middle and dimly at the ends.
• 810 lm against the single's 415 — enough that one twin above a mirror can carry a small bathroom on its own.
• ⚠ But the most flattering arrangement is still a pair of SINGLES either side of the mirror. Light arriving from both sides at face level fills the shadows under eyes, nose and chin; that is how theatre mirrors are lit, and no fitting mounted above a mirror can do it. If the wiring allows two positions, take them.

The honest summary: the twin is the best single fitting, and two singles is the best bathroom.

Which colour temperature — this genuinely matters

A vanity light is the one fitting in a house you look at yourself under.

• 4000 K neutral — the right answer for most bathrooms. Close enough to daylight that makeup applied under it still reads correctly outdoors, and skin looks natural rather than yellowed or drained.
• 3000 K warm — restful, and the choice if the bathroom is somewhere you linger or it opens off a bedroom. ⚠ It shifts makeup colours warm.
• 5000 K cool — clinical. Good for shaving, detail work and a laundry; unflattering elsewhere.

605 mm — and it is a length, not a height

Our record files 605 mm under “height”, but the single WB1 is 340 mm and this is the twin: 605 mm is how far it runs along the wall. Set it out that way.

⛔ What is not recorded is how far it projects — and above a mirror the projection decides whether it fouls a mirror edge or a shaving cabinet door. Ask us before you fix a position and we will get the figure from Telbix.

Four finishes — match the tapware

A bathroom reads as coordinated when the light, the tap and the handles agree, and mismatched metals at a mirror are noticeable in a way they are not elsewhere in a house.

• Chrome — the safe match for most standard tapware.
• Black — for matt black tapware.
• Antique gold and bronze — warm metals for brushed brass or aged fittings, and they suit the warmer 3000 K setting.

• Above a bathroom mirror — the twin's natural position.
• Wide vanities and double basins — two heads spread the light.
• Ensuites, powder rooms and laundries — IP44, outside the shower zone.
• ⚠ Choose 4000 K unless you have a reason not to.

Specifying it

605 mm along the wall, 1.2 kg; ⚠ projection is not recorded — ask us. In aluminium and acrylic, antique gold, black, bronze or chrome. Two integrated LED heads, 12 W total giving 810 lm, included, with 3000 K / 4000 K / 5000 K set at installation, not dimmable. 240 V, Class I — earth required, IP44 — bathrooms outside the shower zone, ensuites and laundries. Warranty is three years, as a replacement warranty.
