The Blade 36 is a 1.2-metre LED batten — 36 W producing 3,600 lm, three colour temperatures, on a 120° beam — in white.
3,600 lm from 36 W is a genuinely strong figure, and it makes the Blade the one to choose when output is what you need: a garage, a workshop, a laundry, a large pantry.
There is a trade against the Anka batten. The Anka draws the same 36 W and gives 3,200 lm at CRI above 90; the Blade gives 3,600 lm at CRI above 80. So the Blade is 12% brighter and the Anka is noticeably more accurate. Choose the Blade for a workshop and the Anka for a kitchen bench where you are looking at food and timber.
Most battens are narrower. At 120° the Blade spreads light to the walls as well as the floor, which in a garage or a storeroom means fewer dark corners and fewer fittings to cover the space.
1,200 mm long, 75 mm wide, projecting only 27 mm, at 0.65 kg. It sits almost flat against the ceiling — useful in a garage with a door track, or anywhere headroom is tight.
3000, 4000 or 5000 K, selected on the fitting. For the rooms a batten actually goes in, 4000 K is usually right — clean without the blue edge of 5000 K.
Stated plainly: no dimming. Choose the colour temperature to set the character instead.
Class I — earth required. Note the difference from the Anka batten, which is double insulated. This one needs the earth terminated, so mention it to your electrician.
1,200 mm long, 75 mm wide, 27 mm projection, 0.65 kg, in aluminium and polycarbonate. Integrated 36 W LED giving 3,600 lm, included, switchable 3000/4000/5000 K, CRI >80, beam 120°. Not dimmable. 240 V, Class I — earth required, IP20 — indoor and dry locations only. Warranty is three years, as a replacement warranty.

Same 36 W. The Blade gives 3,600 lm at CRI above 80; the Anka gives 3,200 lm at CRI above 90. The Blade is 12% brighter, the Anka noticeably more accurate — Blade for a workshop, Anka for a kitchen bench.
3,600 lm from 36 W — 100 lumens per watt, the brightest batten in this range.
120°, which is genuinely wide for a batten. It spreads light to the walls as well as the floor, so fewer dark corners and fewer fittings.
Probably — it projects only 27 mm and weighs 0.65 kg.
No. Choose the colour temperature to set the character instead.
Yes — it is Class I. Worth mentioning to your electrician, because the Anka batten is double insulated and this one is not.
For the rooms a batten goes in, 4000 K is usually right — clean without the blue edge of 5000 K.
