xMercator Ikuu 52" Smart WiFi DC Ceiling Fan & Remote has launched with a vast range of Smart products for your home now available. The Mercator Ikuü Anova is the height of convenience. With a timeless, modern black exterior, the Anova is built with an energy-efficient DC motor, and quiet ABS blades. The Anova pushes a maximum airflow of 10,552m3/hr and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor areas.
With the Mercator Ikuü app, you can customise your Anova fan to run on automatic timers, or even group multiple Mercator Ikuü ceiling fans together and control them simultaneously. This makes the Anova the perfect fan for the bedrooms, living and dining areas.
A remote control is bundled with the Anova fan for standard function. Voice control is also possible with Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa.
The Ikuu app can be found on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.

- Restocking fee: 20% will apply unless otherwise stated, or unless another order of equal or greater value is placed in lieu of this re-stocking fee.
