Bergen LED Linear Pendant Light

The Bergen PE150 is a 1,500 mm linear pendant in walnut timber with five warm white LED rings — 34 W giving 3,060 lm at 3000 K, TRIAC dimmable, on a 2,000 mm suspension.

Five lit rings on a timber bar — and it is only 20 mm wide

The Bergen is a 1.5-metre walnut bar just 20 mm across, carrying five circular LED rings in textured black that hang below it. That is the whole design, and it does two things at once:

• The timber bar nearly disappears edge-on — 20 mm is a pencil line — so what you see from most angles is five glowing rings floating in a row.
• Each ring is a lit circle rather than a point, so the light is soft and there is no visible diode, and the rings read as a rhythm across 1.5 metres rather than as one continuous line.

It is a genuinely different effect from the flat linear pendants in this catalogue — the Oselia and the Ariva are one continuous lit bar; the Bergen is five separate lit circles.

3,060 lumens — a proper main light

34 W at 90 lm/W, which is efficient for a decorative fitting — well above the Oselia's 56 and the Ariva's 45, because open rings do not lose light through a diffuser the way a solid bar does.

3,060 lm across 1.5 metres will light a long dining table or an island properly — end to end, not pooled in the middle. That is more output than most decorative linear pendants manage, and it comes from less power.

Walnut timber — and the record said only “Wood”

Genuine walnut timber finish on the bar, with the rings in textured black. Our record listed “Wood” alone, which loses the metalwork the rings are made of.

The pairing is the point: warm timber against matte black is what stops a 1.5-metre technical fitting reading as an office light. And the textured black on the rings matters — gloss rings would catch reflections and compete with their own light.
