Product Description
xThe Avera is a traditional exterior wall lantern in antique brass with clear glass. It is a modest, classic shape for an entry or a garden wall — and there is one thing to settle before ordering.
Only the small is available. The listing name and older copy
describe a small and a large. Only the small — AVERA EX15-BRS, 150 mm
wide and 255 mm high, in antique brass — is stocked. If you came here for the large
or for another finish, it is not something we can supply.
IP44, so it can face real weather
Rated IP44, it is protected against splashing from any direction. That covers an exposed entry wall or a garden pier in ordinary rain — unlike some of the traditional lanterns in this range, which are dry-position fittings. It is not rated for direct hosing or immersion.
Clear glass, so choose the globe
The glass is clear, so the lamp is visible and becomes part of the fitting. A warm filament-style globe suits the antique brass; a cold white one fights it. It takes a single E27 globe up to 25 W, and no globe is supplied.

- Entries and porches, in pairs either side of a door.
- Garden walls and piers under ordinary weather exposure.
- Period and traditional frontages where a modern fitting would look wrong.
- Side paths and gates, mounted at head height.
Specifying it
It measures 150 mm wide and 255 mm high, in antique brass with clear glass. One E27 holder, 25 W maximum, globe not supplied. Rated IP44. Warranty is one year, shorter than the three years most of the Telbix range carries.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You. Buying a pair for a doorway is the usual arrangement — order both together so the brass matches.

No. Despite the listing name, only the small AVERA EX15-BRS is stocked, in antique brass.

xWarranties
For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.

- Restocking fee: 20% will apply unless otherwise stated, or unless another order of equal or greater value is placed in lieu of this re-stocking fee.
