The Arvin 80 is the largest of the Arvin vanity bars — 820 mm wide and only 25 mm high, with the LED built in. It is the brightest vanity fitting in this range by a wide margin: 2,105 lm from 20 W.
The comparable 800 mm Foley gives 1,155 lm. The Arvin 80 gives 2,105 lm — nearly double, from the same wattage class. Over a large mirror in a windowless bathroom that difference is the one that matters. If your ensuite has no natural light, this is the fitting to specify.
Rated IP44 for splashing, which is the requirement above a basin. Australian wiring rules set zones around baths and showers — your electrician confirms the position. Above a vanity mirror is the normal one.
3000 K, 4000 K or 5000 K, chosen on a switch before mounting. 4000 K is usually right over a mirror — honest for shaving and make-up without the clinical edge of 5000 K. It is not reachable afterwards, so decide first.
At 820 mm this suits a mirror of roughly 900 mm or wider. The Arvin 60 at 620 mm covers narrower vanities.
820 mm wide, 25 mm high, in aluminium and polycarbonate. Built-in 20 W LED giving 2,105 lm. Not dimmable. 240 V, IP44, Class I — an earth is required. Antique gold, black or chrome. Warranty is three years.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You. Being non-dimmable and this bright, give it its own switch — 2,105 lm at full output is a lot at 6am.
2,105 lm from a 20 W built-in LED — nearly double the comparable 800 mm Foley, which gives 1,155 lm.
Yes. It is IP44, protected against splashing. Your electrician confirms the wiring zone.
4000 K is usually right over a mirror. It is selected at installation and not reachable afterwards.
Roughly 900 mm or wider. The Arvin 60 at 620 mm covers narrower vanities.
No. Given the output, give it its own switch rather than a shared circuit.
No. The LED is built in and supplied.
Three years, as a replacement warranty.
