Angela Outdoor LED Wall Light in Black or White Havit Lighting - HV3692W

The Angela is a plain cylinder — ø95 mm by 180 mm — with clear glass and a replaceable E27 globe. Same footprint as the sealed Otaner, but a fundamentally different proposition: because the globe screws out, you re-lamp it in a decade for the cost of a globe, and you can change the colour temperature at any point without touching the wiring. That flexibility is the reason to choose it. In black or white powder-coated aluminium, it is the version for a modern porch where the fitting should be quiet and serviceable rather than a feature. IP54 sets where it can go.

Sheltered positions only

IP54 is protection against splashing, not driving rain. The Angela needs a covered position: under an eave, inside a porch or entry recess, under an alfresco roof, or in a carport. On an exposed wall water will eventually reach the globe cavity, and a glass enclosure with a live socket in it is not the place to gamble. Exposed positions need an IP65 fitting.

• Under an eave either side of a modern front door, in black on light render or white on a dark facade.
• Covered porches and verandahs where the fitting will be re-lamped rather than replaced.
• Roofed alfresco walls, where clear glass suits a timber or brick backdrop.
• Carports and covered walkways needing a plain, serviceable cylinder.

Specifying it

HV3692W-BLK and HV3692W-WHT run on 240 V AC — wired straight to mains, no driver, earthed as Class I fittings. The E27 globe is replaceable, and the fitting takes an E27 globe up to 9 W. Treat that as a hard safety limit: a higher-wattage globe in an enclosed clear-glass cylinder traps heat, creates a fire risk, and voids the warranty. No other base fits — a B22 bayonet or E14 candle globe cannot be adapted into an E27 socket. The supplied family output is 700 lm at 2700K over a 180° spread, with actual output depending on the globe fitted. Aluminium body, clear glass, IP54, IK04. Triac and phase-cut dimmable, subject to the globe being dimmable. A 3-year replacement warranty applies.
