Product Description
xThe Alvey is a 750 mm four-head spot bar taking GU10 globes. Each head aims independently, which is what a spot bar is for: one ceiling point lighting four different things.
Maximum 6 W per GU10 — check before you buy globes. That is a low limit for a GU10 socket, and it rules out most halogen lamps and many older LED ones. Buy LED globes rated at or below 6 W. Overrunning it cooks the fitting, and 6 W of LED is plenty of light from a spot.
Four heads, one ceiling point
Aim them along a wall to wash artwork, across a bench, or spread them to light a whole room from a single fixing. That flexibility is the reason to choose a bar over four separate downlights — particularly in a rented property or a room where you cannot add ceiling points.
Replaceable globes are an advantage here
Because it takes GU10 lamps rather than an integrated LED, you choose the beam angle and colour temperature, and you replace a globe rather than the fitting when one fails. A narrow beam for artwork, a wider one for general light — and you can mix them across the four heads.

Specifying it
750 mm long, 70 mm wide, 175 mm high, weighing 1.12 kg, in iron. Four GU10 globes at 6 W maximum each — 24 W total, not supplied. It runs on 240 V, is IP20 — indoor and dry locations only, and is Class I — an earth is required. Dimming is globe dependent. Black, white, or gold-brushed black. Warranty is three years.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
