Product Description
xThe Alvey 3 light is the shorter spot bar in its family — 500 mm against the four-head version's 750 mm, with three independently aimed GU10 heads.
Maximum 6 W per GU10. A low ceiling for a GU10 socket that rules out most halogen lamps. Buy LED globes rated at or below 6 W — plenty of light from a directional lamp, and overrunning it cooks the fitting.
Three heads suit a smaller room
Where the four-head bar spans a kitchen bench, the three-head suits a hallway, a study or a smaller living room. Same principle: one ceiling point doing the work of several fittings, aimed where you need them.
Replaceable globes, so you choose the beam
Because it takes GU10 lamps rather than an integrated LED, you pick the beam angle and colour temperature — and you can mix them. A narrow globe on the head pointed at artwork, wider ones for general light. When one fails you change a globe, not the fitting.

Specifying it
500 mm long, 70 mm wide, 175 mm deep, in metal. Three GU10 globes at 6 W maximum each — 18 W total, not supplied. 240 V, IP20 — indoor and dry locations only. Dimming is globe dependent. Black, white or gold-brushed black. Warranty is three years.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You. Buy all three globes together and a spare — one mismatched lamp on a three-head bar is very visible.

What globes does it take?
Three GU10 globes, 6 W maximum each — a low limit that rules out most halogens. None are supplied.
How is it different from the 4 light Alvey?
Length. This is 500 mm with three heads; the four-head version is 750 mm.
Can each head be aimed separately?
Yes — that is the point of a spot bar.
Can I mix beam angles?
Yes. A narrow globe on the head aimed at artwork, wider ones for general light.
Is it dimmable?
Globe dependent — fit dimmable GU10 lamps and a compatible dimmer.
What finishes are there?

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
