x2x End Caps to suit HV9693-3890
This is an end caps to suit HV9693-3890.
⚠ It is a component on its own - there is no light source, driver or wiring supplied with it.
What it does
A pair of end caps to close the cut ends of an aluminium profile run.
A cut length of profile has two open ends, and an open end shows everything the channel was meant to conceal: the cut edge of the extrusion, the end of the LED strip, and often the cable. It is the detail that gives away otherwise careful work, and it is visible from across a room in a way the run itself is not.
A cap closes that off flush. It also keeps dust and insects out of the channel, which matters more than it sounds - anything that settles inside a profile sits between the LEDs and the diffuser, and it shows as shadow along the line once the light is on.
Work out how many pairs the job needs before starting. One continuous run takes one pair; a run broken into sections, or one that turns a corner, needs a pair for every separate length.

Identifying the part you need

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
