This is an 8 W E27 LED globe in the G95 shape — a 95 mm glass sphere. It is the middle size in the decorative sphere range, between an ordinary A60 and the oversized G125.

G95 fits where G125 will not

At ø95 mm and 135 mm long it is clearly a decorative globe, but 30 mm narrower and 30 mm shorter than the G125. That difference decides it in a smaller cage pendant, a compact cord set, or a wall light where the larger sphere would foul the fitting. Measure before ordering — it is still much bigger than a standard globe.

Dimmable on a standard dimmer

It dims on TRIAC, giving 800 lm at 3000 K or 820 lm at 4000 K, with CRI above 80. Colour is fixed by order code, not switchable — warm white for living and dining spaces, 4000 K where you want neutral rather than cosy.

Made to be seen

Like all decorative spheres, this belongs in an open fitting where the globe is part of the design — a cage pendant, a bare cord set, a clear-glass wall light. Inside a shade, the size and the price are both wasted.

Supplied and supported by Lights For You. Confirm your dimmer is TRIAC — the wrong dimmer type is the usual cause of flicker and buzz on an LED globe.

How big is it?

Warranties

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.

Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.

Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.

Damaged or Missing Items

Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.

If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.

Returns

Change of Mind Returns

  • Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.

Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.

  • Restocking fee: 20% will apply unless otherwise stated, or unless another order of equal or greater value is placed in lieu of this re-stocking fee.
