Product Description
xThe Belmore is a traditional tripod-style floor lamp with a timber-look finish — teak or walnut tone — under a ø400 mm linen shade, standing 1,600 mm tall.
Timber look, not solid timber
The finish reproduces the colour and grain of teak or walnut. It is a finish rather than a solid timber, which is worth being clear about: it means consistent colour, lower weight and a lower price than a solid timber lamp, and it means you should not sand or oil it.
A linen shade and 60 W of headroom
The shade is linen, so the light comes out warm and soft rather than directed. It takes a single E27 globe up to 60 W — more than double the 25 W limit common in this range — and no globe is supplied. That extra headroom is useful under a linen shade, which absorbs more light than glass.
Teak or walnut
Teak is the lighter, warmer, mid-century tone. Walnut is darker and reads more traditional. Both carry the same shade, so the base sets the character.

- Beside a sofa or armchair, as a warm ambient light.
- Living room corners a ceiling fitting does not reach.
- Bedrooms, as a softer alternative to an overhead light.

Specifying it
Height 1,600 mm, shade ø400 mm. One E27 globe up to 60 W, not supplied. IP20 — indoor and dry locations only. Warranty is one year, shorter than the three years most of the range carries.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You. Under a linen shade a 60 W limit does not mean you need a 60 W lamp — a 9 W LED will out-perform it comfortably.

Is it real timber?
No. It is a timber-look finish in a teak or walnut tone — consistent in colour and lighter than solid timber, but not to be sanded or oiled.
Is a globe included?
No. One E27 globe of up to 60 W, supplied separately.
How tall is it?
1,600 mm, with a ø400 mm linen shade.
Do I need a 60 W globe?
No — 60 W is the limit, not the target. A 9 W LED will be brighter than a 60 W filament globe.
What is the difference between teak and walnut?
Teak is lighter and warmer, more mid-century. Walnut is darker and reads traditional.
Is it dimmable?
That depends on the globe you fit.
What is the warranty?
One year — shorter than most of the Telbix catalogue.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.

- Restocking fee: 20% will apply unless otherwise stated, or unless another order of equal or greater value is placed in lieu of this re-stocking fee.
