Product Description
xThe Zaha is a ten-light pendant hung with crystal glass tubes on a 3,000 mm suspension — three metres of cable, which tells you what it is for. This is a stairwell and void fitting, not a dining pendant.
Three metres of drop is the whole point
Most pendants ship with 1.5 m to 2 m of suspension. The Zaha's 3 m lets it hang down a double-height void or a stairwell so it is seen from both levels. Shortened, it works over a table too — but if you only need a metre of drop, you are paying for reach you will cut off.
The light sources are included
Ten G9 LED sources at 3000 K warm white are supplied, with CRI above 80. That means no globes to source and no colour-temperature decision — and it also means the fitting is not dimmable. For a stairwell that is usually fine; for a dining table you may want dimming, in which case look elsewhere in the range.
Crystal at ø110 mm
Each crystal element is ø110 mm on a fitting 91 mm high, in antique gold or chrome. Chrome is the cooler, more contemporary read; antique gold is warmer and more decorative. The crystal does the work in both.
Where it works
- Double-height voids and stairwells, using the full 3 m drop.
- Entry halls with a landing above, where it is seen from two levels.
- Dining tables, with the suspension shortened at installation.
- Rooms on a plain switch, since the fitting does not dim.

Ten G9 LED sources, supplied, at 3000 K, CRI >80. Crystal elements ø110 mm, fitting height 91 mm, suspension 3,000 mm shortened at installation. It runs on 240 V, is IP20 and indoor only, and is not dimmable. Warranty is three years.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You. Measure the void before ordering — three metres is a lot of cable to shorten if you do not need it.

How far does it hang down?

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
