Product Description
xThe Polk is a ø300 mm cone pendant in eight finishes — brushed metals, two-tone combinations and two oak options. It is a modern industrial shape, and the finish range is really the point: this is a fitting chosen to match a kitchen, not to stand apart from it.
Eight finishes, and two of them are timber
Brushed aluminium, black, bronze, gold and white cover the metal range; black with copper is the two-tone; and Oak Black and Oak White pair a timber tone with a painted interior. The oaks are the ones to consider against timber joinery, where an all-metal pendant can read as an afterthought.
Sized to hang in a row
At ø300 mm and 270 mm tall the Polk is deliberately modest, which is why it works in multiples. Two or three over an island at even centres is the usual arrangement. The listing quotes an overall height of 1,770 mm including suspension, so there is plenty to shorten on installation — and shortening is normal, not a compromise.

- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, in rows of two or three.
- Dining tables, single over a small table or paired over a long one.
- Hallways and entries, where a compact cone suits a narrow space.
- Home offices and studies, hung over a desk.
Specifying it
One E27 globe up to 25 W, not supplied. Diameter ø300 mm, height 270 mm, overall height to 1,770 mm. Runs on 240 V and is IP20 — indoor and dry locations only, so it suits a kitchen but not directly over a shower or in an uncovered outdoor area. Warranty is one year, shorter than most of the Telbix range.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You. If you are hanging a row, order all of them at once — brushed finishes can vary slightly between production batches.

xWarranties
For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
