Otaner Outdoor LED Wall Light CCT in Black or White Havit Lighting - HV3691T-240V

The Otaner is a slim cylinder — ø95 mm across and 180 mm tall — with clear and opal glass working together so the fitting glows along its length rather than just at the ends. At 10 W and around 700 lm over a 180° spread, it does real work: a pair either side of an entry will light the door area properly, not just decorate it. Unlike much of the range it has a sealed built-in LED, which means nothing to re-lamp but also nothing that can let water past a globe cavity. Its IP54 rating is what decides where it can go.

Sheltered positions only

IP54 covers splashing water rather than driving rain, so the Otaner needs a covered position — under an eave, in a porch or entry recess, under an alfresco roof, or in a carport. Fully exposed walls need an IP65 fitting. This is the one specification not to work around: an IP54 fitting on a rain-facing facade will eventually fail, and the failure is a wiring problem, not just a dead light.

Where it works

• Under a deep eave either side of a front door, doing the entry lighting for that elevation.
• Covered porch and verandah walls, where the glowing cylinder reads as a considered detail.
• Roofed alfresco and outdoor-kitchen walls, giving even light over a working area.
• Covered apartment and townhouse entry corridors open at the ends but roofed above.

Specifying it

HV3691T-BLK-240V and HV3691T-WHT-240V run on 240 V AC — wired straight to mains, no driver required, earthed as Class I fittings. The 10 W LED is built in: there is no globe to buy and none can be fitted. Tri-colour switching gives 695 lm at 3000K, 730 lm at 4000K and 710 lm at 5500K, spread over 180°. Aluminium body in black or white with clear and opal glass, IP54 and IK04. Backed by a 3-year replacement warranty.
