The Versa Square is a 100 mm cube that lights both up and down, and its distinguishing feature is that the beam angle itself adjusts — anywhere from a tight 1° slot to a broad 120° spread. That is unusual on an up/down fitting and it is the whole reason to choose it: you set the effect on site, against the actual wall, rather than committing to it at the point of order.
Wound tight, the two 3 W LEDs throw narrow blades of light up and down the wall — crisp, graphic, and very dependent on the wall being flat and clean, because a narrow beam shows every ripple in render. Opened to 120° it becomes a soft double wash that forgives an uneven surface and reads as general light rather than an effect. Set it before the scaffold comes down; adjusting later means getting back up to the fitting.
Two 3 W LEDs are built in and supplied with the fitting, one facing up and one down; there is no globe and no socket. Tri-colour switching gives 220 lm at 3000 K, 230 lm at 4000 K and 240 lm at 5500 K — a deliberately modest output, because this is an accent fitting for wall effect rather than area lighting. It runs on 240 V AC with no separate driver, wires in parallel, is not dimmable, and CRI is above 80. The body is 100 × 100 × 100 mm poly powder coated aluminium, IP65, in white or black at the same price.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You. Because the beam is adjustable, order one fitting first if you are unsure of the effect on your particular wall — the difference between 1° and 120° on textured render is dramatic.
From roughly 1° to 120°, set by hand at the fitting. Narrow gives graphic blades of light; wide gives a soft double wash.
No. It runs on 240 V AC with the driver built in, and wires in parallel with other fittings on the circuit.
220 lm at 3000 K, 230 lm at 4000 K and 240 lm at 5500 K, from two 3 W LEDs. It is an accent fitting, not area lighting.
No. Both 3 W LEDs are built in and supplied with the fitting. There is no globe or socket.
No. This fitting is not dimmable.
IP65 covers direct rain and hose wash-down, so it suits exposed and rain-hit walls. For heavy salt exposure, consider a 316 stainless fitting instead of powder-coated aluminium.
Three years, as a replacement warranty.
